RIMAX STAFF ON TIME® PLUS BIO I TCP/IP

Staff on time® Plus BIO I TCP/IP is a Time and Attendance control system based on biometric fingerprint technology for small and medium companies up to 50 users, 25 punches per minute.

This solution is the next step in development of Staff on time PLUS, a product that has already received considerable recognition in the market. Its new terminal includes four LEDs (On, Ok, Err and ready) and emits acoustic signals from the terminal to improve the communications with the user. It also includes a TCP/IP adapter to connect the terminal to a network computer with Staff on time software without any distance limit trough the network of you company.

The terminal has a sturdy, careful design and can be hung on the wall or set on a desktop. Its ergonomic design facilitates the process of reading fingerprints.

This Staff on time PLUS BIO I TCP/IP solution includes a complete version of the Staff on time ® software. This software is made up of three modules : Staff on time® Admin (management and administration module), Staff on time ® ID (biometric recognition module) and Staff on time ® Info (quick user presence list).

CHARASTERISTICS

•  Uses filters to generate presence lists, showing any clocking in and out during the work as well as punctuality and the average hours worked.

•  Permits creation/editing of lists of incidents and presence in worker movement (incomplete shifts, absences, etc.).

•  Exports employees, entries and exits in CSV format (compatible with Excel, Access, etc.), making it possible to integrate Staff on time data with other applications and any other external management and/or control systems used in the company.

•  Security level for access to the administrator module can be personalized for each administrator/user.

•  Can work with various points of entry/exit.

•  Available in multiple languages: German, Catalan, Spanish, French, Dutch, English, Italian and Portuguese.

•  Careful, sturdy terminal design; terminal can be hung on the wall or placed on desktop (with metal base included in package).
