RIMAX STAFF ON TIME® PRO BIO I + LOCAL SERVER

Staff on time® Pro BIO-I is an attendance control solution based on the biometrical technology, for small and medium companies.

It uses a biometric scanner which overcomes the current fingerprint technologies, with a LE technology (Light Emission). The LE sensor reacts when in contact with the fingerprint. The fingerprint’s wrinkles generate light, creating the exact image of the fingerprint, even if it’s dirty thus avoiding false rejects.

It includes a 10 digits keyboard (+ function key + cancel key ) which allows you to assign, in option, an individual code to each user, so the  fingerprint search is immediate, and reduced to zero the possibility of an error of wrong identification. The 10 digits keyboard and the LCD allow the use of special codes for exits with the option of checking if the exits count or not as work time (exits for business or not).

The LCD communicates the result of signing up using messages and graphics. It informs also with acoustic signals, providing different types of signals depending on the event.

The Local Server has three functions:

1. manage the terminal and compare the biometric data registered.
2. stock the database (data can be put in another server, optional)
3. same functions as the webserver, so the authorized users can access through its  web browser the reports and data (CSV format)

Thanks to its small size and energy consumption, the Local Server can be hidden and remain invisible to the employees. The biometric sever allows up to 4 terminals PRO BIO-I connected.
The solution Staff on Time Pro BIO-I Staff on time ® version. This software includes four modules: Staff on time® admin. (Management and administration module, Staff on time ® ID (module of biometric recognition) and Staff on time ® Info (listing of the users’ attendance) and the webserver (for the access via the Internet).

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

• To administrate this solution, it requires an Ethernet network for a remote access to the biometric server.
