RIMAX STAFF ON TIME® PRO BIO-I SERVER INSIDE (Available in October)

Staff on time® Pro BIO-I Server Inside is an attendance control solution completely stand-alone based on the biometrical technology. It enables to:

• Work Offline (Info Back up with S.O.T USB Flash Drive)
• Work in local network (TCP/IP Ethernet Connection)
• Editings and data extraction to CSV Format with direct conection to Internet

It uses a biometric scanner which overcomes the current fingerprint technologies, with a LE technology (Light Emission).

The LE sensor reacts when in contact with the fingerprint. The fingerprint’s wrinkles generate light, creating the exact image of the fingerprint, even if it’s dirty thus avoiding false rejects. It’s not possible to mislead the scanner with the use of a false fingerprint (paper, plastic…), because these materials lack of conductivity which generates the luminescence needed.

Staff on time PRO BIO-I Server Inside is able to compare up to 4.200 different fingerprints. It allows registering two fingerprints per employee with a maximum of 2.100 employees and realises 30 punches per minute.

It includes a 10 digits keyboard (+ function key + cancel key ) which allows you to assign, optionally, an individual code to each user, so the  fingerprint search is immediate, and reduced to zero the possibility of an error of wrong identification. The 10 digits keyboard and the LCD allow the use of special codes for entries and exits which will count or not as work time (business’visits, breaks to smoke...). In Addition, it includes a relay which allows controlling the doors’ opening, lighting panels, alarms…

The terminal includes a powerful server which has the following functions:

1. Runs the terminal and compares the biometric data registered.
2. Stocks database (data can be put in another server, optional)
3. Web Server functions for the users allowed to access the reports or data (CSV format), through its browser.

 The solution Staff on Time Pro Bio-I Server Inside includes the complete Staff on time ® version. This software includes four modules: Staff on time® admin. (Management and administration module, Staff on time ® ID (module of biometric recognition), also Staff on time ® Info (listing of the users’ attendance) and the Web module to consult (to access the local network and Internet using a Web browser).
