RIMAX STAFF ON TIME® Pro BIO-I TCP/IP

Staff on time Pro BIO I TCP/IP is a time/attendance and access control solution based on biometrical technology, for small and medium enterprises. Up to 2100 users, 30 punches per minute.

Pleasant and resistant design of the terminal which allows you to place it on a desk or on a wall. Entering the fingerprint is easy, thanks to its ergonomic design . It also includes a TCP/IP adapter to connect the terminal to a network computer with Staff on time software without any distance limit trough the network of you company.

The Pro TCP/IP Terminal includes a 10 digits keyboard (+ function key + cancel key ) which allows you to assign an individual code to each user, the fingerprint search is immediate, and reduces to zero the possibility of an error of wrong identification .

Thanks to its LCD screen and acoustic signals, the terminal will give you information of the result of the data search.

The LCD screen and the 10 digits keyboard allow the use of special codes for entry and exit which will count or not for worked time ( ie : commercial visit, smoking break, etc…).

The S.O.T. Pro TCP/IP solution includes the full version of the software Staff on time. This software is composed of three modules : Staff on time Admin (Administration module), Staff on time ID (biometric recognition module) and Staff on time Info which allows you to control in real time the presence of each of your employees, know if they are inside the premises, if they have arrived or not, left etc…

To save energy, the tcp/ip adapter will be in stand by alter long moments without activity. The first punching after this will be slower or void.

•  List of incidences, in entries and exits (uncompleted rounds, absences…)

•  Extraction to CSV format (compatible with Excel, Access etc) of all data, which allows you to export them to other systems, or individual control of each company.

•  Possibility to configure special exits for personal matters, medical situations, commercial exits; break for smokers...via specific key codes.

•  Compatible with other Staff on time products (Retail, Plus II and Pro USB) to have several entry/exit points with the possibility to centralize the data in the same data base.

•  Deferent permissions level configurable.
