STAFF ON TIME RETAIL

An attendance control application based on a biometric scanner. Using employees' digitised fingerprint, Staff on Time retail offers an attendance control up to 15 users with a very limited cost and without assembly neither installation.

The S.O.T Retail scanner has been primed by IBG (International Biometric Group), as the best biometrical scanner of the world, being the fastest scanner.

The pleasant and small design of the terminal makes it perfectly adaptable to any office or table, which cannot spare a cm of its valuable space.

Entry system by codes makes possible to create users groups by department via the PC keyboard. In the same way, codes can be established for commercial exits, smokers' breaks...

The S.O.T Retail solution includes the full version of the software Staff on time reg. This software is composed of 2 modules: Staff on time Admin and Staff on time ID.

The Admin module is used for the management of Staff on time data bases. With this module, you will organise the flowcharts, the employees' schedules and days off. The module allows you to consult listings too etc.

The ID module, gathers the employees entry/exit. Each fingerprint scanned will remain in the Staff on time data base, which will be consultable via the ID module.

The Staff On Time Info software allows you to control in real time the presence of each of your employees, know if they are inside the premises, if they have arrived or not, left etc.

- The fingerprint is easy to place so it avoides errors in the enrollment and the habitual use of the disposal. This offers you more liberty to place the finger on the digital scanner.
