STAFF ON TIME SMART BIO
Staff on time® SmartBio is a time and attendance control system based on a reliable fingerprint sensor with CMOS technology and a Smart Card reader both integrated in the same disposal with USB connexion to PC or Staff on time® Standard Control Unit.
Smart Cards are used to store the employees' fingerprints. They include a high encryption level and security as they are compliant with DES (Digital Encryption Standard) and MAC (Message Authentication Capability) regulations.
Thanks to its algorithm, the system compares quickly and effectively the data from the digital scanner and the fingerprint stored in the card. The process is done in the disposal, not in the PC. Thanks to acoustic signals, the user will know the result of his action (clocking in, clocking out, error).
The high potential of the system is the protection of personal data as the fingerprint is not stored in any data base but remains in the personal card. If the card is stolen or lost it can't be used by another person or application.
The Staff on time® SmartBio solution includes the complete version of Staff on time® software composed by two modules: Staff Admin and Staff ID.
The Staff Admin module is used for the management of the Staff on time data bases. With this module, you will organise the flowcharts, the employees' schedules and days off. The module allows you to consult listings too etc.
The ID module gathers the employee's entry/exit. Each clocking in/out will remain in the Staff on time data base, which will be consultable via the ID module.

- Configurable for multiple types of schedules to create individual and collective schedules.
- Days off assignable collective or individually.
- Printing of monthly work calendar.
- Editable lists of presence via filters.
- List of incidents (clocking in/out not completed, not realized.).
- Lists of information with: Comments on specific exits, punctuality on every entry/exit, worked hours per day, average punctuality (total or by shifts), average and total worked hours ( total or by shifts) for the selected period.
- Individual permission to access to the admin module. Available in: Spanish, French, English, Italian and Portuguese.
- Possibility to configure special exits for personal matters, medical situations, commercial exits; break for smokers...via specific key codes. |
