STAFF ON TIME SMART BIO PLUS
Staff on time® Smart Bio Plus is a time and attendance control system based on a reliable fingerprint sensor with CMOS technology and a Smart Card reader, both integrated in the same device with a USB connexion to a PC or to a Staff on time® Biometric Server.
Smart Cards are used to store the employees’ fingerprints. They include a high encryption level and security as they are compliant with DES (Digital Encryption Standard) and MAC (Message Authentification Capability) regulations.
Thanks to its algorithm, the system compares quickly and effectively data from the scanner and the fingerprint, stored in the card. The process is done in the device and not in the PC.
The high potential of the system is the protection of personal data as the fingerprint is not stored in any data base but remains in the personal card. If the card is stolen or lost it can’t be used by another person or application (Match on card).
The Terminal, made with strong materials and with a nice design, can be placed on a table* or on the wall.
It incorporates 4 LEDs (On, Ok, Err and Ready) which facilitates the communication between the Terminal and the user and also provide information about the process using audio signals, all different according to the event. In Addition, it includes a relay which allows controlling the doors’ opening, lighting panels, alarms…
The solution Staff on Time Plus Bio-I includes the complete Staff on time ® version. This software includes three modules: Staff on time® admin. (Management and administration module, Staff on time ® ID (module of biometric recognition) and Staff on time ® Info (listing of the users’ attendance).
