It is easy to use as this was our intention from the first day, and because in the last 5 years we have sent thousands units which helped us to make it more graphic, intuitive, and helped us to remove all that was more complications than advantages.

The configuration is simple and flexible

In the case of a minimal configuration, the reports will only show the arrival time, the exit time, and the hours worked for a person (or group of people), between the date X and the date Y.

In the case of a complete configuration, it will be possible to edit reports with the punctuality of entries and exits, the breaks between turns, the absenteeism (heavy unpunctuality or assistance missing for a day), and also, if the terminals allows it, you can configure access permissions according to the schedules, etc.


Exportation: Security

S.O.T software allows exporting the data to any Microsoft application (CSV, format compatible with Excel, Access.); personalized reports for each different case can be edited.

Added to this, it is secure as it includes options which offer higher security for the data bases used by S.O.T, like the assignation of different access levels for the employees to the data, security copy and databases recovery. .

The application included in Staff On Time has 3 modules, with any terminal acquired:

I. Entry/Exit module (Staff ID)
II. Administration module, management and reports (Staff Admin).
III. Module which informs if the employees are present or absent (Staff Info).
